Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed on February 23, 2024, Kie to Care, was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite State Re-licensure survey completed on January 3, 2024.
